This is my “Mayim is one of the luckiest woman in the world who is actually getting paid to kiss Jim Parsons on screen” post.
Notice the two pictures. One is a screencap for the episode and the other is a promo pic.
Jim’s hands are positioned differently. Mayim’s hair is different on both images.
So, obviously they did the kiss for the promo pic and they shot the kiss for the episode SEPARATELY. She got to kiss him TWICE, or maybe even more for that episode.
To paraphrase Penny, “Mayim, you lucky, lucky gal.”
